Five stages. The boundary is agreed before anything is deployed, and the environment is tested before any live data enters it.

    We map the use case, the data it needs and the rules that govern that data. You get a written scope, a cost estimate and a timeline before anything is built.

  2. Boundary and design

    Where the AI runs, what it can reach and who can reach it, agreed on paper with your security team.

  3. The environment

    Compute, storage and networking set up on premises, in private or hybrid cloud, or air gapped, supplied through our sister company DS Total Solutions where you have none.

  4. Controls and testing

    Access and data boundaries configured, then tested with dummy data before any live record enters the environment.

  5. Going live and support

    The first workload moves in and runs alongside the old route. Support covers patches, access reviews and the next workload.

Everything you need to know about working with Elev8.

Can we use AI without sending our data to a public AI service?

Yes. The AI runs inside your own estate: on premises, in your private cloud tenancy or as an air gapped installation. Prompts, documents and outputs stay within the boundary you set, and nothing is used to train AI for anyone else. Public AI services remain an option where your data rules allow them.

How does Elev8 ensure data security and privacy in AI solutions?

All our solutions can be deployed fully offline, or within private or hybrid cloud environments. We never share or process customer data outside authorised boundaries. You decide where your data sits and who can reach it, and that is agreed before anything is deployed.

What deployment options are available for Elev8's products?

Our products are platform agnostic and support multiple deployment models, including on premises servers, private or public cloud, hybrid environments, or even air gapped installations for sensitive clients.

Do we need our own GPU hardware?

Not necessarily. We evaluate each use case to minimise GPU consumption, so many workloads run on ordinary compute. Where AI does need accelerated hardware, that is settled at the design stage, and our sister company DS Total Solutions can supply it if you have none.

Will you work with our security team?

Yes, from the start. The boundary and the access rules are agreed with them on paper before anything is deployed, and they get the documentation to test against.

Do you run our security operations?

Our part is the environment your AI runs in: we design it, deploy it and configure its controls. Monitoring your wider estate and responding to incidents stays with your IT team or your managed security provider, and our people can work alongside them when a project needs it.

How is an AI cloud and security project priced?

After discovery, once the scope is clear. Cost is driven by the number of workloads, the environment they need and the controls your data requires, not by the size of your company. Smaller, well defined projects can run at a fixed price, and larger or ongoing work on a monthly retainer set around your budget.
