Elev8 writes, tests and validates its code in the United Kingdom, under UK law, which governs how we handle data, secure systems and deliver support, and determines who owns the software and who carries legal responsibility for it.

Everything you need to know about working with Elev8.

Should we build custom AI or use an off-the-shelf platform?

We recommend an off-the-shelf platform whenever one meets the requirement, which costs less and reaches production sooner. Custom work makes sense when the process is specific to your business, when data cannot leave your estate, or when an existing tool would need heavy modification to integrate.

Will this work with the systems we already run?

Yes. Our platforms sit alongside your existing systems rather than replacing them, and our integration layer moves data between them without changing the systems themselves. We map your current estate during discovery, before any build starts, so integration is designed in from day one.

Where is our data stored, and who can access it?

Your data stays inside your estate. We deploy on premises, in a private or hybrid cloud, or as an air gapped installation for sensitive environments, and we never process customer data outside authorised boundaries.

What happens after the AI goes live?

We stay in touch after going live. Your team tells us how the system is working for them, and we agree any changes or improvements with you. How well AI performs depends on the data it works from.

Do we need our own data science or ML team to work with you?

No. Many of our clients have an IT function but no dedicated machine learning team, and we structure engagements accordingly. We handle the AI work, the build and the deployment, and document the system for your team.

How do engagements usually start?

With a short call to understand the problem and whether we can solve it. Then comes discovery, where UX research finds your pain points. We design the system around what we learn, and once you approve the design we build, test, deploy and maintain it.
