Software solutions for business, built from problems we kept fixing
L1nks connects each of your systems once and validates data as it moves between them. Agent8 is private AI for your business data, answering from your own documents and generating reports and documents. Puls3 tests connections the way a customer uses them, streaming, browsing and making calls, and scores the experience.
Origins
Why do these products exist?
None of these started as a product idea. Each one started as a problem we hit on client work often enough to stop solving it manually. Systems that would not talk to each other and data too messy to trust. AI stuck at proof of concept because the documents it needed sat behind a firewall a public AI service could not cross. Networks that looked fine on every dashboard while customers rang to complain.
The third time we built the same thing, we productised it. That is the whole story, and it is why each platform does one job well rather than everything badly.
The platforms
Three platforms, one job each
Data fabric and data orchestration
L1nks: connect once, clean data everywhere
The problem it came out of: a version change in one vendor’s API broke every integration built against it. L1nks connects each system once, reads what it holds from the system’s own API, and checks, matches and converts every record in transit, so what arrives already agrees with the rest of your systems.
It suits businesses running a dozen systems or more, legacy included.
Private AI for your business data
Agent8: answers, reports and documents from your own data
The problem it came out of: teams wanted an assistant on their own documents and records, and could not hand those to a public AI service. Agent8 runs per client, on your infrastructure or public cloud, answers from your own documents and data with the source shown, generates reports and documents, and can complete the task behind the answer.
It suits businesses with a lot of institutional knowledge and support or admin work built on it.
App and network experience monitoring
Puls3: app and network experience, measured from the user's side
The problem it came out of: an operator’s core metrics said the network was healthy while customers said otherwise. Puls3 emulates a real end user, streaming, posting, buying, and scores what that user experienced, so an operator sees a fault before it becomes a complaint and can say whose fault it is.
Built with the UK’s largest ISP. It suits operators and ISPs, and application owners running services over networks they do not control.
Governance
Your data stays where you decide
All three platforms run on your infrastructure or public cloud: on premises, private or hybrid cloud, or air gapped. Your data is never shared or processed outside the boundaries you authorise, and it is not used to train AI for anyone else. Information security is run to ISO 27001 practice.

Common questions
Questions about the platforms, answered plainly
Everything you need to know about working with Elev8.
Can Agent8 run on our own documents without them leaving our network?
Yes. Agent8 can be deployed fully offline, on your premises or in your own cloud, and answers from your documents where they sit, so nothing is processed outside the boundary you set.
Do we need L1nks to use Agent8?
No. Agent8 works on documents, spreadsheets and databases directly. L1nks comes in when the knowledge is spread across systems that disagree with each other, because AI answering from three versions of a record gives three answers. You can start with Agent8 alone and add L1nks when the data layer needs it.
Do you train on our data?
No. Your data is used for your deployment and nothing else. It is not pooled and it does not train AI for another client. Agent8 answers from your own knowledge base, on your infrastructure or public cloud.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
Your data stays yours. Ending a licence stops our software running, not your access to your own data, and what happens to the configuration is set out in your agreement.
Can these run on premises?
Yes, all three. On premises servers, private or public cloud, hybrid environments or air gapped installations are the deployment options for every platform, and the choice is driven by your data rules rather than our preference. Where you have no suitable infrastructure, our sister company DS Total Solutions supplies it.
What does L1nks cost, and what does that include?
L1nks is licensed per deployment, priced on the number of connected systems rather than on data volume. Implementation is scoped separately, from an audit of your systems. We agree what the licence and support cover with you.
How long before the first integration is live?
It depends on the systems involved, so we give you a timeline once discovery has shown what is there. L1nks reads each system’s fields and data shapes from its API specification or documentation, and each system connects once, so adding the next one does not mean rebuilding the rest.
What if the platform does most of what we need, but not all of it?
Then the build starts from the platform and we add what is missing. Because the platforms are ours, we can extend them rather than work around them. If the gap is bigger than the platform, it becomes a custom software engagement instead.
What deployment options are available for Elev8's products?
Our products are platform agnostic and support multiple deployment models, including on premises servers, private or public cloud, hybrid environments, or even air gapped installations for sensitive clients.
How does Elev8 ensure data security and privacy in AI solutions?
All our solutions can be deployed fully offline, or within private or hybrid cloud environments. We never share or process customer data outside authorised boundaries. You decide where your data sits and who can reach it, and that is agreed before anything is deployed.
